Shipping and returns policy

All orders placed before 3:00pm will the shipped in the same day (except weekend and public holidays). Our delivery partner will process your order as soon as it is placed. 

Where we ship

1. All EU member countries:Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania , Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

2. Other countries: Andorra, Monaco, Norway, Serbia, San Marino, Switzerland, Lischtenstein, Moldova.

Shipping timing

Generally orders are delivered within 5 business days, however please allow up to 25 business days for your order to be received. Additional time may be necessary for countries that are not members of the EU. We will do our best to provide you with a tracking code and carrier for each order so that you can trace the parcel location at any time. Depending on the destination this information may not be available all the time.

Import duty and local regulation

Please note it is customer responsibility to get informed about import duties or other taxes of their country of destination. Moreover the customer needs to be sure he/she can order online the goods to the country of destination. In the event these are returned by customs or local authorities the shipping cost will not be reinbursed and return cost will be deducted from the cost of goods. 

Shipping cost

Depending on the total weight of the order and shipping location the shipping fee will be provided at checkout. 

Free shipping is provided for orders above 50 Euro (after eventual discounts are applied).

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days (from the receiving date) for a refund or exchange. 

From the date of receipt, the buyer has 48 hours to ensure that products are in good working condition, report any faults and claim a replacement or a refund. A claim exceeding this period is not covered by the return policy and will be not refundable or entitled to a replacement.

To process your return

1. Please simply email support (at) apolloecigs.eu to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
2. Please fill out the RMA form, place the RMA form and all items from the original order in a proper package.
3. Please mail it back to us at the address indicated on the RMA form within 2 working days from the date you receive the RMA form.
4. Please allow 2-7 days for processing. All refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. Please note that the refund to the card will be taken 7-10 working days to reach your bank.

Our 100% 30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies to Apollo products in their original packaging and condition. If returned products are not in the original packaging and condition we will charge a restocking fee of 20-50% depends on the conditions.

We do not issue a refund for the following items:

1. We do not offer refunds on used cartomizers, clearomizers / tanks or any e-liquids and disposable e-cigs (used or unused) for obvious health safety reasons. These items are discarded upon receiving them and no credit or refund will be issued. 
2. Misused, damaged, or broken starter kits or parts will not be refunded. 
3. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied.

All returned merchandise must be received in our office within 30-days of the original receiving date. Please make sure you return your order via traceable mail as we do not take any responsibility for undelivered returns. Please contact Apollo customer service if you have any further questions.
